Food suggestions that can be offered to the baby so that he can eat them by hand:
- Grated apple, pear
- Small pieces of banana, avocado, melon, apricot
- Sliced kiwi
- Carrot (not raw!)/cooked green beans
- Baked potatoes cut into cubes (wedges)

- Pancakes made from wholemeal flour and without sugar
