Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of olive oil
150g natural yogurt
150g white wheat flour
100g grated cheese
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder or a clove of grated garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
Method of preparation:
Mix the eggs well until they become foamy, then add the yogurt, oil, and spices and homogenize.
Add the flour mixed with the baking powder, mixing until we get a homogeneous composition.
We integrate the cheese by mixing it with a spoon.
We fill muffin tins and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C up-down heat without ventilation for about 30 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test.
