Ingredients for the dough:
- 400g yogurt/ Greek yogurt/ sour cream
- 400g wheat flour
- 10g baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
For the baby-friendly topping:
- tomato sauce without salt
- cooked chicken breast
- cheese
- desalinated mozzarella
- Red pepper
- mushrooms
For the dough, I mixed the ingredients and kneaded well until I got a non-sticky dough, I covered the dough with cling film and left it for 10-15 minutes, while I prepared the toppings.
I preheated the oven to 180 degrees.
I made a pizza as big as the entire oven tray, but if you want to make 2 round pizzas, divide the dough into 2 balls, grease your hands with olive oil and press each dough onto the baking paper with your palm and fingers, leaving thicker edges so that the topping does not flow.
I poured the tomato sauce and each topping over the dough, then put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
