Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of grated semolina
Mash the banana with a fork, then mix them well with the other ingredients.
We fill muffins tins and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees C up-down heat without ventilation for about 30 minutes or until they are very browned
They come out super tasty and stay moist inside. They are Aaron’s favorite for breakfast.
